How do I make a claim?

If you need to make a claim on your gadget insurance there are a few key steps you need to take.

If you have had your gadget stolen, call the police immediately to report the theft and get a crime or incident number, which you can then give to your insurer. Call your network provider if you have had a smartphone or tablet stolen, so they can stop further use of your gadgets.

Contact your insurer as soon as possible about the theft, loss or damage.

Do not go ahead and get your gadget repaired until you have spoken to your insurer as they might want to send your gadget to one of their approved repairers.

It is always advisable to keep a copy of your receipt and warranty, either for proof of purchase or the damage to your gadget maybe covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
